Who We Are

Our Volunteers

Volunteers are the heart and soul of ACCD, and we count on them to support us in achieving our vision of an equitable society. Volunteers are key to the success of our fundraising ventures. As well, ACCD is governed by a volunteer Board that commits its time and energy to the Alberta Committee and its operations. Consumers and other individuals who support ACCD's vision take part in committee work that makes a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Awards ceremonies and appreciation parties give us the opportunity to thank and recognize our volunteers.
